This morning kicked off with a passionate Gridiron Greats press conference. Sitting on the press panel were some of the key Gridiron Greats including Mike Ditka, Gale Sayers, Daryl Johnston, Kyle Turley, Jerry Kramer, and Michael Irvin all provided insight to the media regarding this worthy cause.

"I have been to several press conferences that were impressive, but this was the single most impressive group I have seen at a press conference to back the Gridiron Greats foundation... I have not seen such passion around a given cause. You can definitely tell that this issue is very close to their hearts." - Chris Rapp

Gale Sayers, Kyle Turley & Daryl "Moose" Johnston discuss the worthy Gridiron Greats cause.

I was at the event, and it was truly unbelievable to see how many great ex-players were speaking out for the cause.

This was the single greatest collection of players at any of the press conferences I have attended before.

Please make sure you continue to follow this blog.  It is a great way to collaborate with the players and discuss what is going on with the foundation.

We were fortunate to play in the McCormick Ranch tournament with the great Harry Carson and cannot say enough about what a wonderful person he is.  We wish the foundation all the success in the world. Keep up the good work Mr. Ditka.
